AdoraBubble & Mother's Day Contest Continued!

Hello friends!  Natasha here with a layout of my daughter when she was about 7 months old.  She had just gotten her ears pierced in the photo.

For this layout I used a sketch by my dear friend, Mistra.  She has an inspirational sketch blog called Sketches by Mistra.  Head on over to take a peek!  You will definitely see more of her sketches on my blog!
For this floral cluster I used a combination of hand-made flowers and mulberry flowers.  The large flower is my Cabbage Rose.  You can find the tutorial HERE.
I used a Clearsnap Design Adhesive to add this embossed texture.  You can get a similar effect using a stamp, too.
I love how tulle softens a layout!  You can find the tutorial for my Twisted Lacing HERE.
Last but not least is my Romantique Rose made from cardstock.  Click HERE for a tutorial.  The smaller flower beneath it was made from Donna Salazar's Bitty Blossoms Dies by Spellbinders.

Hope you enjoyed my layout!

  2. BEAUTIFUL! She's just adorable! You know, I have been thinking that these questions are actually really hard and I don't know a lot of things about my mom! I don't really remember my mom having many hobbies growing up...she had four kids....she was just trying to survive. But, she's always been very involved at church and at our schools, and now I think I would say that grandkids ar her hobby.
